Fork Services
Pro action has been the innovator of front fork valve body design technology.
Our pistons match the flow dynamics of the fork with critical edge of hydraulic
lock valve body designs. This direct flow design eliminates harshness in the
fork and reduces rider fatigue , while the edge of hydraulic design helps
eliminate bottoming. Supercross valving uses a 2-stage system , motocross
uses a 2-stage system with a quick opening circuit for choppy acceleration
bumps and off-road uses a 3-stage system to eliminate deflection off rocks and
roots. Just imagine a front fork that stands up tall , is plush on initial hits , firm
on big hits and progressively soaks up everything in between.

inspected . Pro-action pistons and valving are installed and tuned
to the riders skill , type of riding , weight , and terrain. Proper
spring rates are determined and forks are reassembled. All fluids
included.
NOTE: Springs and replacement parts for worn or damaged
items (ex. bushings and seals) not included in revalve cost.
Rebuild : Forks disassembled , cleaned , inspected and
reassembled with fresh fluid. Replacement of worn or damaged
parts at additional cost. If your forks have been revalved with

to 2-stage ,pro action went to 3-stage. After years of r&d we evolved it into our
exclusive 3-stage incremental valving. The 3-stage ,incrementally pressure
sensitive, self adjusting valving system not only has a mid-range circuit that
does not exist in any stock shock, but also has increments of valving in each
stage. The result is a combined group of valves that compensate for any
pressure that can be exerted by the speed of the shaft without a trace of valve
collision or mid-stroke harshness. Link this compression circuitry with our
exclusive catch valve rebound dampening and you have entered the next
dimension of shock absorber technology.
